1. مقدمة

تشغّل [الاسم القانوني الكامل للشركة أو المؤسسة] موقع Inawax. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يحتفظ بها الموقع، وأين تُعالج، ومتى تُرسل إلى جهات أخرى، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيف يحذفها المستخدم. ويخضع التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 ولائحته التنفيذية، بحسب ما ينطبق على نشاط الموقع (مراجعة قانونية).

2. البيانات التي يحتفظ بها الموقع

أ. الحساب: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة ولا يمكن قراءتها)، وتاريخ إنشاء الحساب، وتأكيد البريد الإلكتروني، وتاريخ الموافقة على الشروط ورقم نسختها، ورصيد التصدير.

ب. مشاريع المختبر: عنوان المشروع وسياق الدراسة، وجدول البيانات الذي يرفعه المستخدم (كما رُفع، وبعد أي تحويلات يجريها)، وملخص أعمدته، والمعلومات المنهجية، وخطط التحليل، والنتائج، وتعليقات المشرف، وسجل بالخطوات وتواريخها.

ج. المراجعات: النص المستخرج من التقرير أو الرسالة المرفوعة، واسم الملف، وخريطة البحث، والإحصاءات المستخرجة، والملاحظات ونتائج الفحص. ولا يُحفظ الملف الأصلي نفسه على الموقع.

د. الدفع: سجلات الطلبات والفواتير وقيمتها وحالتها في متجر الموقع. وتعالج [اسم بوابة الدفع] بيانات البطاقات ووسائل الدفع، ولا تصل إلى الموقع.

هـ. بيانات تقنية: يُستخدم عنوان IP مؤقتًا للحد من المحاولات المتكررة (مثل محاولات التسجيل)، وقد تحتفظ الاستضافة بسجلات الخادم المعتادة وفق إعداداتها [مدة سجلات الاستضافة].

3. أين تُحسب النتائج

تتم الحسابات الإحصائية داخل متصفح المستخدم نفسه، وكذلك استخراج النص من التقارير في المراجع الإحصائي، ثم يُحفظ جدول البيانات والنتائج في حسابه على الموقع. ولا يُرسل ملف البيانات إلى أي مزود ذكاء اصطناعي. وفي تجارب «تعلّم»، البيانات اللي يختارها المستخدم ليجرّب عليها (من ملف أو بلصقها) بتتقري وتتعرض في متصفحه بس، ولا تُرسل للموقع ولا تُحفظ.

4. الذكاء الاصطناعي

لا يُستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي في حساب أي نتيجة. تستخدمه ثلاث ميزات اختيارية فقط، وتُرسل إلى مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي (Gemini (Google)) ما يلي، عند استخدام المستخدم لها فقط:

المراجع الإحصائي: نص التقرير أو الرسالة، وصور الصفحات الممسوحة ضوئيًا لقراءتها، بعد موافقة صريحة من المستخدم على كل مراجعة. ويمكن إجراء المراجعة دون هذه الموافقة، فلا يُرسل شيء إلى المزود.
شرح النتائج: ملخص النتائج المحسوبة وسؤال المستخدم.
المساعد: سؤال المستخدم ونص الشاشة الظاهرة أمامه وقت السؤال، وقد يشمل ذلك جزءًا من البيانات أو النتائج إذا كانت ظاهرة على الشاشة.

يستخدم الموقع واجهة برمجة مدفوعة لدى المزود، وبموجب شروط المزود لهذه الخدمة لا تُستخدم البيانات المرسلة في تدريب نماذجه. ويحتفظ المزود بما يُرسل إليه وفق سياسته [مدة احتفاظ المزود ورابط سياسته]. ولا يبيع الموقع البيانات ولا يرسلها إلى المزود لأي غرض آخر.

5. أغراض استخدام البيانات

إنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول والتواصل مع المستخدم بشأن حسابه.
تشغيل الأدوات التي يستخدمها المستخدم: الحساب، والتقارير، والمراجعة، والمقارنة.
إتاحة المشروع للمشرف الذي يضيفه صاحب المشروع.
إدارة المدفوعات والرصيد والفواتير.
حماية الموقع من إساءة الاستخدام، ومعالجة الأعطال.
الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.

لا تُستخدم بيانات المشاريع والمراجعات في الدعاية، ولا تُنشر، ولا تُباع.

6. الأساس القانوني (مراجعة قانونية)

تتم المعالجة على أساس موافقة المستخدم عند التسجيل، وموافقته المنفصلة على كل مراجعة تستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتنفيذ الخدمة التي يطلبها، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية، وأي أساس آخر يسمح به القانون المصري.

7. من يطّلع على البيانات

صاحب الحساب وحده يرى مشاريعه ومراجعاته. وقد اختُبر أن أي حساب آخر لا يستطيع الوصول إليها.
المشرف الذي يضيفه صاحب المشروع يرى ذلك المشروع فقط، ويعلّق عليه.
مديرو الموقع يملكون تقنيًا صلاحية الوصول إلى قاعدة البيانات، ولا يطّلعون على محتوى المشاريع إلا عند الضرورة (مثل معالجة عطل بطلب المستخدم) أو بحكم القانون.

8. مسؤولية المستخدم عن بيانات الآخرين

إذا تضمنت الملفات بيانات تخص مشاركين في دراسة أو طلابًا أو مرضى أو غيرهم، فعلى المستخدم التأكد من امتلاكه الأساس القانوني والموافقات اللازمة، وإزالة الأسماء وأرقام الهوية والهواتف وأي بيانات تعريفية غير لازمة قبل الرفع.

9. المشاركة مع جهات أخرى

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية أو البحثية. وتصل البيانات بالقدر اللازم فقط إلى:

مزود الاستضافة والنسخ الاحتياطي: [اسم مزود الاستضافة].
مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي (Gemini (Google))، في الميزات المذكورة في البند 4 فقط.
بوابة الدفع: [اسم بوابة الدفع].
مزود البريد الإلكتروني الذي يرسل رسائل تأكيد الحساب: [اسم مزود البريد].
الجهات الرسمية المختصة عندما يوجب القانون الإفصاح.

10. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

المراجعات: تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا من إنشائها، مع كل ما فيها (النص المستخرج والخريطة والملاحظات). وتعمل عملية الحذف التلقائي مرتين يوميًا. ويستطيع المستخدم حذف أي مراجعة، أو كل مراجعاته، قبل ذلك.
مشاريع المختبر: تبقى إلى أن يحذفها المستخدم، لأن العمل على البحث قد يمتد شهورًا. ويستطيع حذف أي مشروع، أو كل مشاريعه، من صفحة «مشاريعي»، ويحذف ذلك البيانات والنتائج والتعليقات والسجل نهائيًا.
الحساب: يبقى إلى أن يطلب المستخدم حذفه عبر [بريد الخصوصية].
الطلبات والفواتير: تُحفظ المدة التي يوجبها القانون.
النسخ الاحتياطية: قد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة في النسخ الاحتياطية للاستضافة حتى تنتهي دورتها [مدة دورة النسخ الاحتياطية]، ولا تُستخدم في أي غرض آخر خلال ذلك.
لدى مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي: وفق سياسته (البند 4).

11. أمن المعلومات

المشاريع والمراجعات مخزنة كمحتوى خاص لا يظهر للعامة، ولا يصل إليها إلا صاحبها والمشرف الذي يضيفه. ويُرسل كل ما يُتبادل مع الموقع ومع مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). ويُعامل نص التقارير المرسل إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي كمحتوى لا كتعليمات، للحماية من التعليمات المدسوسة. ولا يمكن ضمان أمن أي نظام إلكتروني بصورة مطلقة.

12. نقل البيانات خارج مصر (مراجعة قانونية)

خوادم مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي (Gemini (Google)) خارج مصر [الدولة]، وقد تكون خوادم الاستضافة أو البريد أو الدفع كذلك [الدول]. ويُتخذ ما يلزم للامتثال لقواعد نقل البيانات عبر الحدود في القانون المصري.

13. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين في المتصفح

يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط اللازمة لتسجيل الدخول فقط. ويحفظ المختبر في متصفح المستخدم تفضيلاته (الوضع الفاتح أو الداكن، والشروح التي اطّلع عليها) ولا تُرسل إلى الموقع. [أدوات قياس الزيارات أو الإعلانات، إن وجدت].

14. حقوق أصحاب البيانات

للمستخدم، وفق القانون، أن يطلب الاطلاع على بياناته أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد معالجتها، أو أن يسحب موافقته. ويستطيع حذف مشاريعه ومراجعاته بنفسه في أي وقت، وتقديم باقي الطلبات عبر [بريد الخصوصية]. وقد نطلب ما يثبت الهوية قبل تنفيذ الطلب.

15. الأطفال

الموقع موجه للباحثين وطلاب الجامعات والدراسات العليا، ولا يستهدف جمع بيانات الأطفال.

16. تحديث السياسة

تُنشر أي نسخة معدلة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث. وعند التعديل الجوهري يُطلب من المستخدم الموافقة من جديد عند دخوله التالي للمختبر.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

[Full Legal Name of the Company or Organization] operates Inawax. This policy explains what data the website keeps, where it is processed, when it is sent to other parties, how long it is kept, and how users delete it. Personal data is handled under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations, as applicable to the website (legal review).

2. Data the Website Keeps

A. Account: name, email address, password (hashed, not readable), account creation date, email confirmation, date and version of the terms accepted, and export credit.

B. Lab projects: project title and study context, the data table the user uploads (as uploaded, and after any transformations), a summary of its columns, methodological information, analysis plans, results, the supervisor’s comments, and a log of steps with their dates.

C. Reviews: the text extracted from the uploaded report or thesis, the file name, the research map, the extracted statistics, the comments and the check results. The original file itself is not kept on the website.

D. Payment: order and invoice records, amounts and status in the website’s store. Card and payment details are processed by [Payment Gateway Name] and do not reach the website.

E. Technical: the IP address is used temporarily to limit repeated attempts (such as sign-ups), and the host may keep ordinary server logs under its settings [hosting log period].

3. Where Results Are Computed

The statistical calculations run inside the user’s own browser, as does extracting the text of reports in the statistical reviewer; the data table and results are then saved to their account on the website. The data file is never sent to an AI provider. In the «Learn» labs, data a user chooses to try (from a file or pasted) is read and shown in their browser only, and is neither sent to the website nor kept.

4. Artificial Intelligence

AI is not used to compute any result. Only three optional features use it, and they send the following to the AI provider (Gemini (Google)), only when the user uses them:

Statistical reviewer: the text of the report or thesis, and images of scanned pages to read them, after the user’s explicit consent for each review. A review can be run without this consent, and then nothing is sent to the provider.
Explaining results: a summary of the computed results and the user’s question.
Assistant: the user’s question and the text of the screen in front of them at the time, which may include part of the data or results if they are on screen.

The website uses the provider’s paid API; under the provider’s terms for that service, data sent to it is not used to train its models. The provider retains what is sent to it under its own policy [provider retention period and policy link]. The website does not sell data or send it to the provider for any other purpose.

5. Purposes

Creating the account, signing in, and contacting users about their account.
Running the tools the user uses: computation, reports, review, comparison.
Making a project available to the supervisor its owner adds.
Managing payments, credit and invoices.
Protecting the website against misuse and handling faults.
Meeting legal obligations.

Project and review data is not used for advertising, published, or sold.

6. Legal Basis (legal review)

Processing is based on the user’s consent at sign-up, their separate consent for each review that uses AI, performance of the service they request, compliance with legal obligations, and any other basis permitted by Egyptian law.

7. Who Can See the Data

Only the account holder sees their projects and reviews; it has been tested that no other account can reach them.
A supervisor added by the project owner sees that project only, and can comment on it.
The website’s administrators technically have access to the database and look at project content only when necessary (for example, to fix a fault at the user’s request) or as required by law.

8. User Responsibility for Others’ Data

If files contain data about study participants, students, patients or others, users must ensure they have the lawful basis and permissions required, and remove names, identification and telephone numbers, and any identifying details not needed before uploading.

9. Sharing with Other Parties

We do not sell personal or research data. Data reaches the following, only as needed:

Hosting and backup provider: [Hosting Provider Name].
The AI provider (Gemini (Google)), in the features listed in Section 4 only.
Payment gateway: [Payment Gateway Name].
The email provider that sends account confirmation messages: [Email Provider Name].
Competent authorities where disclosure is required by law.

10. Retention and Deletion

Reviews: deleted automatically 30 days after they are created, with everything in them (extracted text, map, comments). Automatic deletion runs twice a day. Users can delete any review, or all their reviews, before then.
Lab projects: kept until the user deletes them, since work on a study can take months. Users can delete any project, or all their projects, from «My projects»; this permanently deletes the data, results, comments and log.
Account: kept until the user asks for it to be deleted via [Privacy Email].
Orders and invoices: kept for the period required by law.
Backups: deleted data may remain in the host’s backups until their cycle ends [backup cycle period], and is not used for any other purpose meanwhile.
At the AI provider: under its policy (Section 4).

11. Security

Projects and reviews are stored as private content that is not public and is reachable only by their owner and the supervisor they add. Everything exchanged with the website and with the AI provider travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Report text sent to the AI is treated as content, not instructions, to guard against injected instructions. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Transfers Outside Egypt (legal review)

The AI provider’s (Gemini (Google)) servers are outside Egypt [country], and hosting, email or payment servers may be too [countries]. Measures are taken to comply with Egyptian cross-border data-transfer rules.

13. Cookies and Browser Storage

The website uses only the cookies needed to sign in. The lab stores the user’s preferences in their browser (light or dark mode, and which explanations they have seen); these are not sent to the website. [Analytics or advertising tools, if any.]

14. Data Subject Rights

Under the law, users may ask to access, correct or delete their data, restrict its processing, or withdraw consent. They can delete their projects and reviews themselves at any time, and send other requests to [Privacy Email]. We may ask for proof of identity first.

15. Children

The website is intended for researchers and university and postgraduate students, and does not aim to collect children’s data.

16. Changes

Any revised version is published with its update date. After a material change, users are asked to accept again the next time they open the lab.
