1. التعريف بالموقع

Inawax منصة إلكترونية تتيح للباحثين أدوات يستخدمونها بأنفسهم لتحليل بيانات أبحاثهم إحصائيًا، ولمراجعة التقارير والرسائل العلمية من الناحية الإحصائية، ولتعلّم الإحصاء. لا تقدم المنصة خدمات تحليل ينفذها فريق نيابة عن المستخدم.

الجهة المشغلة للموقع: [الاسم القانوني الكامل للشركة أو المؤسسة]، المسجلة في جمهورية مصر العربية تحت رقم [رقم السجل التجاري]، وعنوانها [العنوان القانوني]. البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي: [البريد الإلكتروني].

2. الموافقة على الشروط

عند إنشاء حساب يُطلب من المستخدم الموافقة على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية، ويُسجَّل تاريخ الموافقة ورقم نسخة الشروط التي وافق عليها. وإذا لم يوافق المستخدم، فعليه الامتناع عن إنشاء الحساب واستخدام الأدوات.

3. الأدوات المتاحة

مشاريع المختبر: رفع ملف بيانات (Excel أو CSV أو SPSS)، وفحص جودته، وتجهيزه، واختيار الاختبارات الإحصائية واعتماد خطة التحليل، وحساب النتائج، وتنزيل تقرير Word.
المشرف: يستطيع صاحب المشروع إضافة مشرف يطّلع على المشروع ويعلّق على الخطة.
المراجع الإحصائي: رفع تقرير أو رسالة (Word أو PDF أو صور) لفحص اتساق الأرقام الإحصائية المكتوبة فيها، ومراجعة المنهجية والتفسير، ومقارنة أرقامها بنتائج مشروع في المختبر.

بعض الأدوات مجانية، وبعضها مدفوع (البند 8).

4. الحساب

يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم اسم وبريد إلكتروني صحيحين، وبالحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور، ويتحمل مسؤولية ما يتم من خلال حسابه. وقد يُطلب تأكيد البريد الإلكتروني قبل تنزيل تقارير Word.

5. التزامات المستخدم

امتلاك الحق في استخدام الملفات والبيانات التي يرفعها.
الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة، بما فيها الموافقات الأخلاقية أو المؤسسية عند الاقتضاء.
إزالة الأسماء وأرقام الهوية والهواتف وأي بيانات تعريفية غير لازمة للتحليل قبل الرفع.
عدم استخدام الأدوات لتلفيق البيانات أو اختلاق النتائج أو التلاعب المتعمد بالدلالة الإحصائية.
عدم استخدام الموقع في أي غرض غير مشروع أو يعتدي على حقوق الغير، وعدم محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات أو مشاريع مستخدمين آخرين.

6. كيف تُحسب النتائج، وأين يُستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي

الحسابات الإحصائية: كل الأرقام في نتائج المختبر وتقاريره تُحسب بمحرك إحصائي تقليدي (Python وSciPy وNumPy وpandas)، ويعمل داخل متصفح المستخدم نفسه، ولا يُستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي في حساب أي رقم. ونتائج التحليلات المتقدمة مُراجَعة على حزم R المرجعية، والمراجعة منشورة مع الإضافة.

ميزات اختيارية تستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي: تعمل ثلاث ميزات فقط بإرسال محتوى إلى مزود ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي (Gemini (Google))، وذلك عند استخدام المستخدم لها فقط:

المراجع الإحصائي: يُرسل نص التقرير أو الرسالة (وصور الصفحات الممسوحة ضوئيًا لقراءتها) لاستخراج خريطة البحث والإحصاءات والملاحظات المنهجية، ولا يحدث ذلك إلا بعد موافقة صريحة من المستخدم على كل مراجعة. ويمكن إجراء المراجعة دون هذه الموافقة، وحينها يكتب المستخدم خريطة البحث بنفسه ولا يُرسل شيء إلى المزود.
شرح النتائج: يُرسل ملخص النتائج المحسوبة وسؤال المستخدم، دون ملف البيانات.
المساعد: يُرسل سؤال المستخدم ونص الشاشة الظاهرة أمامه وقت السؤال.

مخرجات هذه الميزات اقتراحات مساعدة وليست نتائج إحصائية: يرفض النظام أي رقم في الشرح غير موجود في النتائج المحسوبة، ويرفض أي اقتباس في المراجعة غير موجود في نص التقرير، ومع ذلك قد تحتوي على أخطاء، والمستخدم مسؤول عن مراجعتها.

7. حدود النتائج والنزاهة الأكاديمية

تعتمد صحة النتائج على جودة البيانات واكتمالها، وتصميم الدراسة، وصحة ترميز المتغيرات، واختيار الاختبار المناسب، وتحقق افتراضاته. والمستخدم هو من يختار الاختبار ويعتمد الخطة.

لا نضمن أن تدعم النتائج فرضية معينة، أو أن يُقبل البحث أو الرسالة من جامعة أو مجلة علمية. والمراجع الإحصائي أداة مساعدة للباحث والمشرف، وليس بديلًا عن حكم المتخصص، ولا يتحقق من صحة البيانات الأصلية.

الأدوات دعم مشروع للباحث ولا تحل محله أو محل المشرف. ويتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الإفصاح عن استخدامها وفق قواعد جامعته أو المجلة التي يستهدفها.

8. الأسعار والمدفوعات

بعض الأدوات مجانية. وتتطلب بعض المخرجات (مثل تنزيل تقرير Word لمشروع) رصيدًا يُشترى في باقات من صفحة الدفع بالموقع. ويظهر السعر وما تشمله الباقة ووسيلة الدفع قبل إتمام الشراء، وتُصدر فاتورة أو إثبات دفع وفق المتطلبات القانونية. وتتم معالجة الدفع عن طريق [اسم بوابة الدفع].

9. الإلغاء والاسترداد (مراجعة قانونية)

تخضع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترداد لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018 ولائحته التنفيذية، وأي قواعد إلزامية أخرى. [تُستكمل سياسة الرصيد غير المستخدم والرصيد المستخدم، وطريقة رد المبالغ ومدتها، بعد المراجعة القانونية.] ولا يُعد استخدام الرصيد، بمفرده، سببًا لإسقاط حق يمنحه القانون.

10. الملكية الفكرية

تظل ملكية البيانات والملفات التي يرفعها المستخدم له أو لأصحاب الحقوق الأصليين، وكذلك النتائج والتقارير التي يحصل عليها من بياناته. أما تصميم الموقع وشعاره ومحتواه التعليمي وأدواته وبرمجياته فمملوكة لأصحابها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة بيعها أو استغلالها تجاريًا دون إذن.

11. الخصوصية والاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُعالج البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية. وباختصار: المراجعات تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا من إنشائها، ومشاريع المختبر تبقى إلى أن يحذفها المستخدم، ويستطيع المستخدم حذف أي مشروع أو مراجعة، أو حذفها كلها، في أي وقت.

12. توفر الموقع

نسعى إلى أن يعمل الموقع بصورة مستقرة وآمنة، لكن قد تحدث صيانة أو أعطال أو انقطاعات، منها ما يتعلق بمزود الذكاء الاصطناعي. ولا تُفسر هذه الفقرة على أنها إعفاء من المسؤوليات التي يفرضها القانون.

13. إيقاف الحساب وإنهاؤه

يجوز للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه في أي وقت عبر [البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي]. ويجوز لنا إيقاف حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، مع إخطار المستخدم ما لم يمنع القانون ذلك.

14. الشكاوى وتسوية النزاعات

تُقدم الشكاوى عبر [البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي] أو [وسيلة التواصل المعتمدة]. ونسعى إلى حلها وديًا، فإن تعذر ذلك يخضع النزاع للقوانين المصرية والمحاكم المختصة، مع مراعاة القواعد الإلزامية لحماية المستهلك.

15. تعديل الشروط

عند تعديل هذه الشروط تعديلًا جوهريًا تُنشر النسخة الجديدة برقم نسخة جديد، ويُطلب من المستخدم الموافقة عليها عند دخوله التالي للمختبر قبل متابعة الاستخدام.

1. About the Website

Inawax is an online platform that gives researchers tools they use themselves to analyze their research data statistically, to review the statistics of research reports and theses, and to learn statistics. The platform does not provide analysis services performed by staff on the user’s behalf.

2. Acceptance of Terms

When creating an account, users are asked to accept these terms and the Privacy Policy; the date of acceptance and the version of the terms accepted are recorded. Users who do not accept must not create an account or use the tools.

These terms are read together with the Privacy Policy (https://inawax.com/?page_id=34099) and any terms shown when a paid package is purchased.

3. Available Tools

Lab projects: uploading a data file (Excel, CSV or SPSS), checking and preparing it, choosing statistical tests and approving an analysis plan, computing the results, and downloading a Word report.
Supervisor: a project owner may add a supervisor who can view the project and comment on the plan.
Statistical reviewer: uploading a report or thesis (Word, PDF or images) to check the consistency of the statistics reported in it, review its method and interpretation, and compare its numbers with the results of a lab project.
Features that use AI: described in Section 6.
Learning: explanations and educational content in statistics.

Some tools are free and some are paid (Section 8).

4. Account

Users must provide a correct name and email address, keep their password confidential, and are responsible for activity under their account. Email confirmation may be required before Word reports can be downloaded.

5. User Responsibilities

Have the right to use the files and data they upload.
Obtain necessary permissions, including ethical or institutional approvals where applicable.
Remove names, identification and telephone numbers, and any identifying details not needed for the analysis before uploading.
Not use the tools to fabricate data, invent results, or deliberately manipulate statistical significance.
Not use the website unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights, and not attempt to access other users’ accounts or projects.

6. How Results Are Computed, and Where AI Is Used

Statistical computation: every number in the lab’s results and reports is computed by a conventional statistical engine (Python, SciPy, NumPy and pandas), running inside the user’s own browser; AI is not used to compute any number. The results of the advanced analyses are validated against reference R packages, and the validation is published with the software.

Optional features that use AI: only three features send content to an external AI provider (Gemini (Google)), and only when the user uses them:

Statistical reviewer: the text of the report or thesis (and images of scanned pages, to read them) is sent to extract the research map, the statistics and methodological comments, only after the user’s explicit consent for each review. A review can be run without this consent; the user then writes the research map and nothing is sent to the provider.
Explaining results: a summary of the computed results and the user’s question are sent, never the data file.
Assistant: the user’s question and the text of the screen in front of them at the time are sent.

The output of these features is assistance, not statistical results: the system rejects any number in an explanation that is not in the computed results, and any quotation in a review that is not in the report text. It may still contain errors, and users are responsible for checking it.

7. Limitations of Results and Academic Integrity

The validity of results depends on data quality and completeness, study design, variable coding, the choice of test and whether its assumptions hold. The user chooses the test and approves the plan.

We do not guarantee that results will support a particular hypothesis, or that a study or thesis will be accepted by a university or journal. The statistical reviewer assists researchers and supervisors; it does not replace expert judgement and does not verify the original data.

The tools are legitimate support for researchers and do not replace them or their supervisors. Users are responsible for disclosing their use according to the rules of their university or target journal.

8. Pricing and Payment

Some tools are free. Some outputs (such as downloading a project’s Word report) require credit purchased in packages from the website’s checkout page. The price, what the package includes, and the payment method are shown before purchase, and an invoice or payment confirmation is issued as legally required. Payments are processed by [Payment Gateway Name].

9. Cancellation and Refunds (legal review)

Cancellations and refunds are subject to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, its Executive Regulations, and any other mandatory rules. 10. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the data and files they upload, and of the results and reports obtained from their data, subject to the rights of original owners. The website’s design, logo, educational content, tools and software remain the property of their owners and may not be copied, resold or commercially exploited without permission.

11. Privacy and Data Retention

Data is processed under the Privacy Policy. In short: reviews are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created; lab projects are kept until the user deletes them; users can delete any project or review, or all of them, at any time.

12. Website Availability

We seek to keep the website stable and secure, but maintenance, failures or interruptions may occur, including at the AI provider. This does not exclude liabilities imposed by law.

13. Suspension and Termination

Users may ask for their account to be deleted at any time via [Official Email Address]. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, notifying the user unless the law prevents it.

14. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints may be sent to [Official Email Address] or [Approved Contact Method]. We will seek to resolve them amicably; otherwise disputes are governed by Egyptian law and the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

15. Changes to These Terms

When these terms change materially, the new version is published with a new version number, and users are asked to accept it the next time they open the lab before continuing.
